My wife and I spent a delightful day with Tania visiting wineries up and down the gorgeous Aosta Valley. Happily, our tour coincided with the annual winery open house festival. We tasted wine, sampled local cuisine, climbed in vertical vineyards, and listened to music at seven locations throughout the day. It was truly a memorable experience. Tania is knowledgeable about the local wines, passionate about the Aosta Valley, a very good driver, and genuinely fun to spend a day with. We highly recommend booking a tour with Alpina-Tour if you are interested in a thorough introduction to Aosta Valley wine culture.

We spent a few days in Aosta. The Apina-Tour-Tourism Services made our stay so much more enjoyable. We had a private tour of the town of Aosta. Our tour guide was extremely knowledge and we learned so much more then just wondering around ourselves.
We also had a private driving tour of the Aosta valley. We saw places only locals would know about. Again the history we learned about the area; makes us feel like we could now go back to Aosta and rent a car to see more sites. My husband and I highly recommend their services. Our wine tasting tour in the Aosta Valley for our wedding anniversary was simply amazing! Our private sommelier, Tania, took us to the highest vineyards in Europe near Courmayeur. We were in awe of the stunning scenery around us. Then, we had the opportunity to taste some awesome cheeses in an ancient Roman cheese cave. It was an incredible experience! After that, we visited two more wineries where we were treated to plenty of wine, fun and stories. Overall, it was an unforgettable day that we will always treasure.

This was an exceptional wine tasting tour. Our guide, Tania, was outstanding: extremely knowledgeable about winemaking and the region, as well as helpful and friendly. We visited three very different wineries within Aosta Valley and tasted about a dozen wines. In between wineries, we enjoyed a quick tour of the old city of Aosta and had time to cheese tasting. I had the pleasure of experiencing a wine tasting tour in Valle d'Aosta with sommelier Tania from Alpina Tour, and it was truly fantastic. Tania picked us up in Chamonix and took us on a journey through the beautiful region. Our first stop was at the SkyWay, where the view was absolutely breathtaking.

After taking in the stunning scenery, we proceeded to taste some of the highest wines of the Europe.

Next, we were treated to a tasting of some luxurious wines at a home-run Ansemet winery. The flavors were rich and complex, and we savored every sip.
Tania's expertise and passion for wine really shone through as she guided us through the tasting, and we learned so much about the different varieties and production methods.

Overall, the day was a wonderful combination of education, relaxation, and pure enjoyment. Tania's hospitality and knowledge were invaluable, and we felt truly grateful for the experience. Our group of 9 Americans had a tour with Felicity. She was excellent with communicating where to meet us, and helping with arrangements for the museum and our restaurant reservation. It was a walking tour, but even the most unfit members of the group managed it without difficulty. Some of our group knew absolutely nothing about Roman history, and Felicity was passionate about the subject. At the we all came away with a far better appreciation of Aosta and its Roman foundations. Would recommend this tour.
