We recently had TRAS fix our washing machine (referred by LG service) and they were great. They were able to fit our appointment in earlier than expected, and Aman the technician was very efficient and professional. We had an appointment within 48 hrs and our washer was fixed and running again within 1 hr of technician's arrival. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted LG for my washing machine spring that came off and I was referred to this company. The spring was broken, and needed to be replaced. The worker who I won’t name was extremely nice and polite but for 10 minutes of work I was charged $316.23 which is an absolute scam. Do not use this company at all. I saw a similar review who had the same issue. First my bill was around $360 but after complaining, it was brought down to $316.23 just for a spring change. Do not use this company!

We too had an outstanding level of service provided to us by Gary and Aman the service technician. Our new LG washing machine had issues and just fell out of warranty. They provided us with several options on how to deal with the situation and allowed us to make the decision for ourselves - no pressure. It costs a lot of money to run techs on the road these days so we weren’t surprised by the amount we paid. No surprises, just honest upfront solutions to overcoming our problem. Aman is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. I would definitely recommend Tras for all repairs.

Great service! My 2 year old LG dishwasher had a fault with its Vario motor but thankfully it was still within the extended warranty period. LG helped me set up an appointment with TRAS and within the same day, somebody from TRAS reached out to confirm my appointment.

Joe, the technician came right on time and was very attentive and careful about the repair. He made sure he pulled the dishwasher out without damaging other appliances or the floor. After the repair, he re-installed the dishwasher and made sure it was seamlessly installed so it looked like nothing ever happened!

I highly recommend TRAS for appliance repairs!

Never fun when your LG fridge/freezer stops working a week before Christmas. 4 visits for my Bosch dishwasher E15 water tap fault. They were late to my 5th vist, which I emphasized that I needed to leave by a certain time. So I ended up buying my own replacement inlet valve @ reliable parts for $30 tax in. 25 min job. I contacted Bosch regarding an E15 error code. TRAS was identified as an authorized repair company by Bosch. Gary was quick to reply to my email contacts by phone. When the technician (Amon) came in to fix the problem he was friendly and professional and got right to work to identify what was causing the error code. When he verified the source of the problem, he explained to me what was happening and showed me where the leak was. Amon replaced the failing part and corrected the issue. I am very happy to have my dishwasher back up and running and would not hesitate to deal with TRAS APPLIANCE again if needed in the future.
